Eligibility Criteria for SFIO Director Recruitment 2019
SFIO Jobs Educational Qualification
Officers from the Central Govt/State Govt/Union Territories Three Administration/Centre/State PSUs/ statutory/ autonomous organizations willing to apply for SFIO Jobs should hold an analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department with respective experience as per the SFIO Recruitment Notification.
Joint Director
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree/ Chartered Accountant/ Cost and Management Accountant/ Company Secretary/ Chartered Financial Analyst/ Master of Business Administration/ master’s in business economics/ Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance) from a recognized institution.
- Experience – 8- 10 Years
- Desirable – Degree in Law or commerce or economics from a recognized university.
Senior Prosecution
- Hold a Graduate in any discipline and Bachelor’s degree in Law or Integrated graduate in Law (5 years) from a recognized university/ institution.
- Experience – 3 years in handling litigation and court matters/administration of Law in a Government organization;
- Desirable
- Additional One year of experience in corporate/criminal Law matters
- Masters degree in law (L.L.M) from a recognized university or institution

About Serious Fraud Investigation Office
The Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) is a statutory corporate misrepresentation exploring office in India.
