Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), invites online application in the prescribed format for recruitment of following 75 Government Jobs Vacancy posts of Supervisor Trainees on a regular basis for young and dynamic Diploma Holders in Civil or Mechanical Engineering Disciplines or Bachelor in Business Administration/ Management Graduates as Supervisor Trainees (STs) to contribute towards nation building at BHEL for the year 2023. (Advertisement No. 01/2023)

BHEL Supervisor Trainee Recruitment 2023 Vacancies

• Supervisor Trainee: 75 vacancies (UR-36, EWS-7, OBC-10, SC-7, ST-6), Age: 27 years as of 01/10/2023, Stipend and Pay Scale: During training period, basic pay of ₹32000/- in the scale of pay of ₹32000-100000/- will be paid. After successful completion of training, the trainees will be absorbed as Supervisors in the scale of pay of ₹33500-120000/- with a basic pay of ₹33500/-
1. Supervisor Trainee - Civil: 30 vacancies (UR-14, EWS-3, OBC-8, SC-3, ST-2) for BHEL - Power Project Sites
2. Supervisor Trainee - Mechanical: 30 vacancies (UR-13, EWS-4, OBC-8, SC-3, ST-2) for BHEL - Power Project Sites
3. Supervisor Trainee - HR: 05 vacancies (UR-2, OBC-1, SC-1, ST-1) for BHEL - Power Project Sites
4. Supervisor Trainee - HR: 05 vacancies (UR-2, SC-1, ST-1) for BHEL - Corporate Office
5. Supervisor Trainee - HR: 01 vacancies (UR-1) for BHEL - HEP Bhopal
6. Supervisor Trainee - HR: 01 vacancies (UR-1) for BHEL - HPEP Hyderabad

Selection Process

Candidates interested in joining BHEL as Supervisor Trainee will be through a selection process comprises of two stages. Candidates interested in joining BHEL as Supervisor Trainee shall have to necessarily clear both the stages in order to be considered on the merit list for joining.

1. Stage I: Computer Based Examination All prima facie eligible candidates will have to appear for a Computer Based Examination (CBE) to be held tentatively in the month of December, 2023.
2. Stage II: Document Verification/ Scrutiny Document Verification/ Scrutiny is the second stage of the selection process.

Application Fee

A non-refundable processing fee of ₹500/-  plus ₹250/- + GST (total ₹795/-) as processing fee is payable by the General, OBC and EWSs candidates to be paid through online modes only. The SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Servicemen candidates are required to pay ₹250/- + GST (total ₹250/-) as processing fee.
